Right click anywhere in desktop, goto properties then Desktop tab. Here you will see color option click on pull down menu say other. You will get new window to select custom colors.
Note down color combination HUE SAT LUM RGB. Later you can use for Wallpaper background color.
I am going to create custom wallpaper for my Desktop or Mobile wallpaper with Snagit.It professional screen capturing software with image and text editing option.
Snagit comes with eleven preset buttons that make screen capture a cinch! Capture a region of your screen, text from a window, the contents of a tall page that scrolls, all the images on a Web page, you get the idea.
You can get many free screen capture software ready to download.
Go for new file option in snag it. Specify pixel size you want. You will get similar screen shown below.
