Tech Buzz is on Nokia Mobile Users in India. The event is all about how you handle gizmo at the stage and complete the task. The Nokia want to test its product how effectively it has been used by the end user and also they try to penetrate the mobile market by this campaign. Tech enthusiasts from across the country are invited to discover, capture and share stories about nightlife in their cities through their mobile devices. Nokia India has announced Discover Soul of the Night -- a new-age tech challenge with Nokia N82. The Wireless Adventure of the Soul of the Night will take place in Delhi, Bengaluru and Mumbai, over three consecutive weeks, starting in the last week of March.
The adventure will be flagged off at one of the most iconic spots in each city, to hunt down the most happening party taking place on that evening. It will pit 10 teams against each other to discover the best 'hangout' venues, 'night spots' and 'hidden treasures' that symbolize the spirit of the city's nightlife -- all using the new Nokia N82 multimedia computer. The adventure will finish when the teams reach the final destination.
To win the Wireless Adventure, the teams will need to harness the power of Nokia N82 to navigate through the streets of their city at night. They will receive clues that will lead them to discover different landmarks (restaurants/cafes, bars, nightclubs, performance arts venues, night attractions, night sports, shopping and others) and then capture and share images instantaneously on the Internet through the Nseries MBlog application, revealing the 'Soul of the Night' in their city in the shortest possible time.
Users from across India can now sign up on the Discover the Soul of the Night website, also known as the Online Night Guide. To register, applicants will be required to submit their particulars, answer five questions to test their knowledge of nightlife in their city. Registrations will close on 15 March 2008 for Delhi, 22 March 2008 for Mumbai and 29 March 2008 for Bengaluru.
Following this, 10 applicants each from Mumbai, Delhi and Bengaluru who are able to answer all the five questions correctly in the shortest time will be invited to take part in the Wireless Adventure with a buddy.
There are exciting Nseries prizes to be won daily for the best photograph of the day. The winner of the Best Photograph blogged during the entire campaign will win a fortnight long internship with a well-known professional photographer.
